How smart product configuration leverages your user guidance
Product configuration is a very popular feature to provide information on technically complex products such as industry machines. So-called Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions, however, mostly provide a rather cumbersome user experience as they still display the whole data model in all its complexity. Configuration-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions therefore adopt a different approach. They are built on a highly performant headless architecture which allows users to build individual configuration applications which address different levels of detail for different user groups.
