How Augmented Reality brings knowledge to the shop floor

The term Industry 4.0 represents the digital transformation of all areas of society and the economy. This includes the transfer of knowledge, which plays a big part in industry, for example – increasingly complex facilities and an increasing shortage of skilled labour create a field of tension which can only be met by deploying systems from the Information Supply Chain Management. Knowledge on Demand tries to solve this problem by providing knowledge transfer in the immediate work context, for example by using augmented reality.
